Job summary

The Fidelity is seeking a Program Manager to join the Stock Plan Services Product Development team in Covington, KY. You will coordinate initiatives from assessment through launch, emphasizing business readiness and cross-domain alignment with stock plan and brokerage interdependencies.

The role requires leading initiatives with strong ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and rigorous change management in a fast-paced agile environment. Onsite work model is active.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related project management experience in financial services, systems development, product development, and/or project/program management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is beneficial.
• Experience in SAFe and Six Sigma are a plus.
• Ability to understand sophisticated business environments and interdependent relationships for business requirements.
• Well-demonstrated leadership skills, a strong sense of ownership, and dedication to results.
• Change Management leadership including leading teams through resistance to change.
• Ability to lead, direct, and empower product and technology team members without formal management authority.
• Strong consultative, listening, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Critical thinker with good judgment and initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and influence at all levels of management and peers.
• Excellent command of verbal and written communications.
• Highly organized with ability to meet internal goals.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, collaborating to set success measures, and monitoring assigned initiatives to support the organization’s key objectives.
• Working with program/initiative teams to manage issues and risks throughout project lifecycle.
• Facilitation of initiative business readiness activities including planning and deployment of product improvements.
• Providing status updates on a regular basis to Stock Plan leadership and key partners for assigned initiatives.
• Working with leadership to build and maintain client migration/adoption plan for implementation of new or enhanced product features.
• Facilitating quarterly program planning sessions for the team.
• Working with Product leadership to continuously improve how the Product team executes against their work.
