Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience.
• 3–5 years in equity compensation, financial services, or project management.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream projects or client transitions.
• Interest or experience in stock plan administration.
• Strong communication, influence, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams with structured plans.
• Identifies and mitigates risks and obstacles effectively.
• Clear, timely communication in discussions and issue resolution.
• Ability to build consensus in a matrixed environment.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects for new and existing clients.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact during onboarding.
• Coordinate tasks across Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, and others.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders on milestones and risks.
• Support a positive onboarding experience and long-term client satisfaction.
