Job summary

The role requires strong SAS programming, regulatory filing experience (FDA/EMEA), and proven management experience leading direct reports. A robust SOP framework and mentorship are essential components of this leadership position.

Qualifications

• MS in Statistics, Computer Science or a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• BS in Statistics, Computer Science or a related field with 14+ years of relevant experience.
• Highly competent in SAS programming and Macro development.
• Pharmaceutical experience with clinical trials and familiarity with FDA/EMEA expectations; NDA/BLA or regulatory filing experience (ISS/ISE).
• Minimum 5 years of management experience; leading direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of programmers and lead multiple therapeutic area projects.
• Establish and maintain SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Provide strategic input to cross-functional teams and support decision-making.
• Mentor and coach staff; manage resources and career development.
