Qualifications

• MS in Statistics, Computer Science or a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience OR BS in Statistics, Computer Science or a related field with 14+ years of relevant experience.
• Highly competent in SAS programming and Macro development.
• Pharmaceutical experience with clinical trials and regulatory filing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the statistical programming team to deliver high-quality results.
• Provide strategic input aligned with the clinical development strategy.
• Establish and maintain SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Mentor and coach staff to support career development.
