Qualifications

• MS in Statistics, CS, or related field with 12+ years' experience.
• BS in Statistics, CS, or related field with 14+ years' experience.
• Highly proficient in SAS programming and macro development.
• Pharmaceutical clinical trials experience with regulatory expectations (FDA/EMEA) including NDA/BLA filings.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience; leadership of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a statistics programming team to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Lead strategic input for multiple indications within immunology.
• Develop and maintain SOPs ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Mentor first-line managers and develop staff competencies.
