Our client in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech is seeking a Director, Specialty Pharmacy, Trade, & Distribution to lead the specialty pharmacy account management, channel execution, and distribution strategy. This remote-US role partners with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Analytics to ensure product availability, patient access, and performance across a complex network.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in pharma/biotech with specialty pharmacy experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 10 years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology with specialty pharmacy account management and patient access.
• Proven experience managing specialty pharmacy relationships and performance oversight.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmaceutical distribution models and 3PL operations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and change-management experience.
