Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Specialty Clinical Solutions with medical pharmacy expertise to oversee clinical services, strategy, and program design for various clients. The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across account management, business development, and operations.

The position supports a remote work model and requires 7+ years in medical pharmacy or Health Plan, PharmD or BS Pharmacy, and current licensure in the U.S.

Competenze

• Pharmacist degree required (PharmD or BS Pharmacy).
• 7+ years of medical pharmacy or Health Plan experience across multiple lines of business.
• Current pharmacist license to practice in applicable state(s).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Serve as the lead clinical consultant and SME for assigned clients, guiding medical pharmacy and specialty programs.
• Partner with account management and business development to support client retention, growth, and financial analyses.
• Develop innovative medical pharmacy strategies through data-driven insights and program enhancements.
• Evaluate therapies, market trends, and drug management opportunities to improve outcomes and value.
• Oversee client-facing medical pharmacy programs and utilization management solutions.
