Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree.
7 years of work experience in medical pharmacy or with Health Plan.
Current pharmacist license to practice in the applicable state(s).
Eligibility to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead the clinical consultant function for assigned clients with strategic guidance on medical pharmacy and specialty programs.
Partner with account management to support client retention, growth opportunities, and financial analyses.
Develop and advance innovative medical pharmacy strategies from data-driven insights.
Oversee client-facing medical pharmacy programs, PMI utilization management, and related programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate program performance and drive reporting improvements.
