Job summary

Prime Therapeutics seeks a Director of Specialty Clinical Solutions to lead clinical services for Medical Pharmacy & Specialty programs in a remote capacity. You will ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and client success across multiple lines of business.

You will collaborate with account management, drive data-driven strategies, evaluate therapies, oversee utilization management, and develop client-facing materials for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree with a license to practice in the United States.
• 7+ years of work experience in medical pharmacy or health plan settings with multiple lines of business.
• Current pharmacist license to practice in the applicable state(s).
• Ability to lead, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services and strategies within Medical Pharmacy & Specialty programs.
• Serve as lead clinical consultant and SME for assigned clients with strategic guidance on programs.
• Partner with account management to support client retention, growth opportunities, and financial analyses.
• Develop innovative medical pharmacy strategies through data-driven insights and program enhancements.
• Evaluate therapies, market trends, and drug management opportunities to improve outcomes and client value.
• Lead development of client-facing clinical materials, presentations, and industry publications.
• Represent the organization as a clinical expert and mentor to peers and cross-functional partners.
