You will partner with account management to develop innovative medical pharmacy strategies, oversee client programs, and present thought leadership. This remote role is open to candidates with 7+ years in medical pharmacy.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required.
• 7+ years of medical pharmacy or health plan experience.
• Current pharmacist license in the applicable state(s).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Preferred: medical pharmacy management experience on a health plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical consultant for clients on medical pharmacy and specialty programs.
• Partner with account management and business development for client retention and growth.
• Develop innovative medical pharmacy strategies from data-driven insights.
• Evaluate therapies, market trends, and drug management opportunities.
• Oversee client-facing medical pharmacy programs and utilization management.
• Identify opportunities to expand programs and create new solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and reporting.
• Lead creation of client-facing clinical materials and thought leadership.
• Represent the organization as a clinical expert at industry events.
• Other duties as assigned.
