Textron Aviation seeks a Director of Parts Sales for Special Missions to lead the national and international sales team, driving aftermarket parts and programs for Cessna, Hawker, and Beechcraft platforms.

You will manage targets, mentor Sales Managers and Associates, and collaborate across Textron functions to maximize revenue while advancing strategic initiatives. Occasional travel and industry representation are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of relative sales, aviation, or progressive management experience required.
• Aviation aftermarket, special missions, and parts sales experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead the Special Missions parts sales team to meet financial objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and lead a team of Sales Managers and Sales Associates; evaluate performance and training needs.
• Drive robust parts sales and aircraft programs pipeline with focus on new customers; balance existing and new capture priorities.
• Travel to meet customers and teams to build long-term parts relationships.
• Maintain relationships with strategic customers and channel partners to maximize parts revenue and program penetration.
• Lead market analysis and tactical projects to grow parts sales revenue; benchmark TAPD with peers.
• Provide periodic sales reports and analytics for budgets and planning.
