Job summary

Arrow Child & Family Ministries is seeking an Educational Director to serve as the school’s principal and to oversee daily administration of educational, behavioral, and related services. You will ensure COMAR compliance, budget adherence, and effective coordination of staff, admissions, and service provision.

The role requires a Master’s Degree and at least five years of teaching experience with a similar student population, plus a minimum of three years in supervisory/administrative roles.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• At least five years of teaching experience with a similar student population.
• At least three years of progressive supervisory and administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the school climate, safety, and orderly operation, providing crisis intervention as needed.
• Design, schedule, implement, supervise, monitor, and assess professional development.
• Coordinate admissions processes, policies, referrals, interviews, and placement decisions.
• Communicate with instructional, resource, and clinical staff, and attend IEP meetings as required.
• Oversee scheduling, class assignments, transcripts, and educational/behavioral components.
• Ensure COMAR compliance and adherence to budgetary guidelines and reporting.
