Job summary

Rocky Mountain Prep seeks a Manager of Special Education Compliance to monitor IEPs, audits, and compliance indicators across the network. The role leads system-wide processes, ensures procedural fidelity, and partners with school leaders to strengthen compliance practices.

The position focuses on accountability, state reporting accuracy, and collaboration with district partners while upholding high-quality education for students with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any subject)
• Knowledge of Special Education laws, compliance indicators, IEP monitoring and auditing processes, policies, procedures, programming, and best practices.
• Knowledge of curriculum, supervision, instruction, school-based processes and operations, culture, and community, with a focus on individualized student needs
• Strong knowledge of Colorado Academic Standards and how they appear in IEPs and Inclusive Practices for students with disabilities

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of student outcomes by setting high expectations, using data to guide instruction, and ensuring growth through planning, rigorous teaching, and timely re-teaching.
• Build inclusive, relationship-centered classrooms with proactive routines, culturally responsive practices, and consistent family communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff, contribute to school-wide initiatives, and support daily operations to maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Model RMP’s PEAK values in all interactions and stay flexible in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
