Job summary

Rocky Mountain Prep seeks a Manager of Special Education Compliance to lead district-wide SPED compliance initiatives. You will monitor IEPs, FBAs, and BIPs, and oversee systems tracking timelines and service delivery across campuses.

You will train staff on special education law, coordinate evaluations, and partner with leaders to strengthen program integrity while ensuring state reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required in any subject.
• Current Colorado SPED license with endorsements.
• Knowledge of SPED laws, IEP monitoring, and auditing.
• Ability to collaborate with families and school leaders on compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IEPs, FBAs, and BIPs for compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Lead network-wide systems to track IEP timelines, service delivery, and indicators.
• Oversee evaluation and amendment processes to ensure procedural fidelity.
• Maintain records for state reporting, including December Count and audits.
• Provide training and coaching on special education law and documentation.
• Collaborate with district partners to ensure aligned implementation.
• Identify compliance risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to network leadership on compliance.
