Job summary

Seattle Children’s Foundation & Guild Association seeks a senior fundraising leader to direct Special Constituencies Giving. You will shape strategies to grow donor engagement across community, workforce, and patient-family philanthropy, while aligning with Foundation goals.

You’ll oversee program governance, cross-functional collaboration, and implementation of data-driven campaigns to maximize annual revenue and donor retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five (5) years experience including project management and/or high-visibility special event projects.
• Minimum three (3) years experience supervising paid staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Direct fundraising strategies for Special Constituencies Giving to achieve and exceed $4M annual fundraising.
• Establish and track OKRs aligning with Foundation strategies and drive donor growth.
• Lead workforce giving and patient family philanthropy programs to maximize revenue.
