CesiumAstro is seeking a Director, Solutions/Conceptual Design to lead the team that develops end-to-end technical solutions for customer opportunities in space and airborne platforms.

You will align product, business development, customers, and engineering to translate mission needs into executable architectures and drive the organization from concept to execution with a focus on performance, risk, and cost balance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Systems, Aerospace or related field with 11–15 years in communication systems engineering or related.
• 5+ years of progressive technical leadership in system architecture or chief engineer roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and owning end-to-end architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Communication Systems Architects to craft complete solutions for opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end architecture from CONOPS to execution.
• Partner with customers and Business Development to translate mission needs into differentiated architectures.
• Guide architecture trades across antennas, RF, DSP, and interfaces to optimize performance.
• Define technical strategy to win pursuits and ensure credible, executable solutions.
