Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a highly motivated Director of Spa and Retail to lead a luxury spa and retail team within a premium hospitality environment. You will ensure flawless guest experiences, oversee spa operations, drive guest and team engagement, and deliver strong financial performance across all spa and retail activities.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a luxury spa setting, excellent communication, and a post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role within the luxury market.
• Advanced knowledge of spa operations and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the spa and retail team and provide individual support and direction as needed.
• Ensure on-time appointments and accommodate special requests from guests.
