Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Director, SOM Governance & Enterprise Process Architecture to lead the ongoing development and governance of the organization’s Standard Operating Model (SOM) and Orbus capabilities across Operations Readiness.

You will build a scalable governance framework, mature Orbus usage, and ensure change control and adoption across the organization while partnering with Operations, Technology, Data, AI/automation, and other enterprise functions.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in business architecture, process excellence, and enterprise transformation.
• Experience developing governance models and operating models.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical execution and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to operate remotely with travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOM Governance capability within Operations Readiness.
• Develop scalable governance framework with ownership, standards, and decision-making processes.
• Drive enterprise adoption of standardized operating models, processes, and governance practices.
• Establish and maintain enterprise process taxonomy, process hierarchy, governance standards, and documentation.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify gaps between standardized operating models and current-state processes.
• Develop governance mechanisms to support process changes, approvals, and change control.
• Monitor adoption and identify opportunities to strengthen governance and standardization.
