You will partner with senior leaders to evaluate operating models, policies, and processes, ensuring practices align with standards and strategic objectives, and you will oversee frameworks, identify gaps, and deliver executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise efforts to assess operational effectiveness, identify risk, and improve performance across functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to evaluate operating models, policies, and processes.
• Oversee assessment frameworks, review workflows, controls, and service delivery outcomes to identify gaps and risks.
• Provide executive insights and recommendations and support implementation of improvements with leaders.
• Oversee intake and triage of inquiries, clarifying policy and escalating high-risk issues through governance channels.
• Use data, reporting, and trend analysis to monitor outcomes and drive continuous readiness.
