Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a strategic Director to lead SOM Governance & Enterprise Process Architecture within Operations Readiness. You will own governance, mature the Orbus enterprise capability, and establish process taxonomy while partnering with Technology, Data, AI/automation, and other functions to translate complex needs into sustainable processes.

The role is remote with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Significant progressive experience in business architecture, process excellence, operational excellence, enterprise transformation, governance, enterprise PMO, technology transformation, or a related discipline.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOM governance and Enterprise Process Architecture within Operations Readiness.
• Develop and mature a scalable governance framework with clear ownership and decision-making processes.
• Drive adoption of standardized operating models and governance practices across the enterprise.
