Job summary

GLORY seeks a Director- Solution Testing, Americas to lead testing, validation, and certification across NA markets. You will align with global product teams, drive quality standards, and ensure only validated solutions reach customers.

You will manage a team, set priorities, budgets, and release readiness while partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Service to deliver high-quality hardware, software, and digital products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Quality Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and people management.
• 10+ years in solution testing, QA, or related technical function.
• Experience with testing strategy, release governance, metrics, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the North American testing strategy, priorities, and quality standards.
• Lead the NAST team through workforce planning, performance management, and coaching.
• Coordinate testing activities and release readiness for hardware, software, firmware, and third-party interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and global teams to scope and govern solution requests.
• Establish testing governance, automation, environments, and certification standards.
