ASM is seeking a Director of Quality Engineering to lead our manual and automated software testing teams. You will develop a comprehensive testing strategy, drive risk reduction, and ensure testing yields meaningful results to support reliable software releases.

You will build and mentor the QA and automation staff, partner with Engineering and Product to mitigate risks, and continuously improve testing processes to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in software QA or quality engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of risk-based testing and software quality strategy.
• Experience developing and evaluating automated testing strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop testing strategy reflecting product usage and architecture.
• Lead manual and automated testing across teams.
• Establish quality metrics and communicate release readiness.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and monitor production defects.
