Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering managers or equivalent leadership roles.
- Experience scaling engineering teams and managing blended internal FTEs and contractor resources.
- Experience establishing platform ownership models and managing technical debt across a portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Leads Software Development Managers and accountable for team performance and delivery outcomes.
- Oversees sprint planning cadence and cross-team dependencies.
- Establishes platform ownership models with named owners for roadmap and health.
- Drives AI adoption in the SDLC with guardrails, tooling standards, and governance.
