Job summary

Fanatics Inc. is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to develop social-first ideas with athletes, creators, and celebrities. You’ll craft concepts for short-form videos that live across Fanatics’ social handles, aiming to expand reach and drive engagement with top talent and fans worldwide.

You will work with the Original Content, Social Programming and YouTube teams to connect brand initiatives with innovative social content, moving quickly to seize trends and moments in culture.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of what’s currently trending on the internet.
• Identifying which athletes and creators are next to make an impact.
• Communicator that is able to speak with internal and external partners.
• Excellent time management and organization to bring concepts to life.
• Existing relationships with talent agents and managers.

Responsibilities

• Maximize reach and video views across short-form platforms.
• Lead creative and execution for content with athletes, creators and celebs.
• Focus on platform trends and cultural moments to create unique social content.
• Collaborate with the Original Content + Social Programming team to create moments.
• Must have a strong social instinct of what’s trending on the internet and pop culture.
• Lead ideation on social stunts for everyday social and Fanatics Fest.
• Identify key creators and influencers to work with.
• Understands social strategy across platforms (FB/X/IG/TT/YT).
• A storyteller that develops content to break the internet while serving company goals.
• Lead conversations with partners and the team to develop the best content possible.
