Kargo Commerce is seeking an Account Director, Social to own and grow relationships with top U.S. media buying agencies.

You’ll build and execute a national agency strategy that drives adoption of Kargo’s commerce and social suite, including dynamic creative, commerce feed solutions, KIT, and our self-service platform. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep agency connections and a passion for building high-impact partnerships that drive revenue for agencies, brands, and Kargo

Qualificações

• 10+ years in digital advertising, media strategy, or agency investment across social, display, CTV, and programmatic media.
• Proven ability to build and scale agency partnerships with white-label or platform offerings.
• Experience pitching brands and presenting capabilities in competitive RFP or AOR environments.
• Existing network of agency and brand decision-makers across investment, strategy, social, and digital leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the lead point of contact between Kargo and the world’s largest agency holding companies and independent agencies.
• Develop and evangelize a national agency strategy that spans social, CTV, open web, and retail media.
• Lead senior pitches in competitive RFP and AOR environments for brands.
• Package Kargo’s social, commerce, and creative solutions into scalable, white-label offerings including KIT adoption.
• Create and scale JBPs and MSAs with agency networks and independent agencies.
• Lead go-to-market efforts for Dynamic Creative, feed-based solutions, and the self-service platform.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Research, and Data teams.
