Job summary

Jane App is seeking a Director of SMB & Self Serve Demand Generation to lead our paid media, website optimization, and lifecycle marketing. You will work with cross-functional teams including events, partnerships, and the growth product team to build an AI-assisted demand motion that scales.

You'll manage a three-person channel team today and partner with our Marketing Analytics & Operations group to measure impact, optimize programs, and drive revenue outcomes in an international, remote-first

Qualifications

• 5–7 years driving tangible business impact in demand gen or growth marketing.
• Analytical with strong data skills across analytics, web optimization, lifecycle, and paid acquisition.
• AI-forward, with experience using AI in marketing and tests.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media budget and lead our paid media program across channels.
• Collaborate with Growth Product to test onboarding and activation.
• Deliver on web experience for jane.com including SEO and AEO.
• Own lifecycle marketing from first touch through trial and expansion.
• Put AI to work across the demand program for research, testing, optimization, reporting.
• Define KPIs, attribution, and reporting with Marketing Analytics & Operations.
