Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering; postgraduate preferred
• Overall 13+ years of Smart Manufacturing/Industry 4.0/Operations Consulting experience
• Proven track record of owning P&L, revenue growth and large transformation programs
• Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models and global clients
• Exposure to automation vendors, industrial OEMs and hyperscalers

Responsibilities

• Own growth outcomes for North America Smart Manufacturing business.
• Lead strategic advisory conversations with CXOs and link plant initiatives to enterprise outcomes.
• Drive ecosystem positioning, partnerships, and market visibility through events and forums.
• Mentor solution and advisory talent to strengthen capabilities.
• Influence account teams and delivery stakeholders with clear direction and insights.
