Zscaler, the leader in cloud security, is seeking an experienced Regional Director to join our SLED team in the Southeast. Reporting to the RVP of SLED, you will lead a high-performing sales organization and drive top-line growth across public sector accounts.

You will coach teams, optimize territory planning, and apply AI/ML insights to improve outcomes. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in SLED leadership are required, with a proven track record in SaaS sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of SLED leadership experience in software/SaaS.
• Experience building successful sales teams.
• Sales process and territory planning experience.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
