Job summary

Mission Critical Group seeks a Director of Operational Readiness and Site Programs to lead end-to-end readiness across manufacturing sites. You will own startup, commissioning, and ramp for greenfield and brownfield sites, driving standardization and safety while partnering with multiple Centers of Excellence.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage capital planning, and deliver ready sites on schedule, ensuring reliable production across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Fifteen or more years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, or site leadership.
• Proven track record leading greenfield and brownfield startups and ramp phases.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness for all manufacturing and support locations.
• Own commissioning, startup, and ramp plans from building fit-out to full rate production.
• Lead enterprise site standardization and cross-functional programs across locations.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk for readiness projects and report to senior leadership.
• Ensure safety, compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations across sites.
