Responsibilities

• Leads Site Quality to develop and execute a quality strategy aligned with site, corporate, and customer requirements.
• Mitigates organizational risk related to quality events and costs, methods, and resources.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to managers and staff in quality tools and processes.
• Ensures compliance readiness to customer and regulatory standards (ISO and others).
• Collaborates with site leadership to advance Celestica OS processes and quality culture.
