Xylem in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Supply Planner to lead the 18-month rolling supply plan for US treatment sites, coordinating unconstrained demand with supply, and analyzing constraints such as labor, capacity, and external suppliers.

You will partner across Demand Planning, Production, Procurement, and Finance, drive inventory actions, and lead a local team of direct reports to improve service, cost, and KPI performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Supply Planning process for the assigned sites.
• Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling Supply plan and resulting Inventory/Backlog.
• Facilitate communication between demand and supply planning as a single point of contact on supply side.
• Represent the Supply Planning function in the site-level SIOP process.
• Develop, document, update and challenge the assumptions supporting the supply plan.
• Identify future constraints on critical resources (labour, materials, machines).
• Facilitate demand & supply gap impact analysis on service, cost, inventory and P&L with key functions.
• Manage supply planning performance and root-cause analysis to improve processes.
• Provide summary of sensitivities, vulnerabilities, opportunities to KPIs.
• Ensure consistency with XPS standards for Supply Planning across sites.
• Build inventory outlook and drive inventory actions to meet targets.
• Support product phase in/out from a supply planning perspective.
• Upload supply plan to ERP, including maintenance of planning parameters.
