Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Adult Learning, Education, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of leadership, project management and/or learning experience.
• Experience with budget process, volumes and FTEs.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for assigned team members.
• Directs system-wide simulation and continuing medical education programs, ensuring accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Leads planning, implementation and evaluation of clinical and professional learning initiatives and uses analytics to measure impact.
• Manages staffing plans, resources and supports financial initiatives.
