Job summary

AC Lion Digital Executive Search is seeking an experienced digital commerce leader to oversee the company’s direct-to-consumer and social commerce initiatives from a hybrid role in Morris County, NJ.

The role requires hands-on management of Shopify or similar platforms, strong analytics, and collaboration with marketing, brand, and operations to drive revenue growth and optimize the customer journey. Target base salary is $125k–$175k with a 20% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of ecommerce experience
• Experience managing direct-to-consumer businesses with revenue growth
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
• Strong analytics and conversion optimization skills
• Collaborative cross-functional leadership
• Experience with social commerce/creator-driven selling

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of the company’s direct-to-consumer and social commerce channels.
• Develop revenue forecasts, monitor business performance, and identify opportunities to improve key commercial metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align merchandising, promotional calendars, customer experience, and business priorities.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations that accelerate online growth.
• Manage the ongoing optimization of the ecommerce experience across product pages, category pages, shopping cart, and checkout.
• Execute merchandising strategies including promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, bundled offers, and product placement.
• Continuously improve site usability, navigation, personalization, and overall customer experience.
