Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking a Director, Shared Services Transition Lead based in Atlanta, GA.

The role oversees moving in-scope accounting activities into the Shared Services Center, coordinating with the Controllership CoE and SAP implementation teams, and balancing migration pace with readiness and control to protect business continuity. The incumbent will mobilize cross-functional leaders, make go/no-go recommendations, and build sustainable transition capability across waves,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Prior experiences with Global Business Services, Shared Services or Centers of Excellence design, build and deployment.
• Expert proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Hyperion; strong financial analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SSC acceleration and wave roadmap with integrated milestones and dependencies.
• Drive wave readiness, entry/exit discipline, and governance across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cutoff plans, data accessibility, training, and knowledge transfer for transitions.
• Provide program reporting, governance, and issue/risk management to leadership.
