Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shared services organization, focusing on P2P and OTC to ensure high-quality and efficient financial operations.

• Manage and direct the work of shared services staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
• Evaluate and improve systems and processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless integration of shared services functions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
