Job summary

Columbus McKinnon Corporation is seeking a Director of Shared Services to lead North American shared services including A/P, A/R, payroll, and fixed assets. The role ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls while driving process standardization and automation.

You will develop KPIs and SLAs, partner with business leaders, and build high-performing teams across accounting and shared services. Strong leadership and ERP optimization experience are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing shared service teams.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shared services functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, expense administration, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal control standards.
• Direct the preparation of accurate and timely management reports and audit support documentation.
• Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and ERP optimization initiatives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
