Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in ServiceNow consulting leading end-to-end implementations.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• CSA or CTA certifications preferred.
• Proven success in leading five (5) or more ServiceNow projects, aligning with objectives.
• Excellent analytical, data analysis and presentation skills; strong problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Travel as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow client implementations across multiple workstreams from planning to post-engagement support.
• Provide strategic architectural vision aligned with client needs, goals, and industry standards.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Lead business development activities including proposals and cross-line collaboration.
• Oversee management and development of ServiceNow solution areas to meet evolving client needs.
• Maintain key customer relationships and cross-sell other KPMG service offerings; build internal networks.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility within the firm.
