Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Director, ServiceNow Engineering (hands-on) to lead the ServiceNow Platform development and architecture. This role requires deep technical depth to challenge designs, estimate work, and guide a skilled engineering team across initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 8 years of leadership experience on the ServiceNow Platform.
Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Knowledge, and CMDB workflows.
Ability to break down technical requirements and estimate effort.
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and environment strategy.
Proven coaching and mentoring of engineers; ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Lead development activities for the ServiceNow Platform and related products.
Guide architecture/design decisions and ensure high availability and operations insights.
Manage budgets and relationships with cloud providers and partners.
Coach platform architects and engineers; drive platform adoption and engineering excellence.
Ensure code quality, testing, and governance to prevent unnecessary customization.
