Job summary

NRI Relocation, Inc. is seeking a Director of Service Operations based in Illinois.

You will lead the relocation service organization, including the relocation coordinator team, supplier network, training, and day-to-day operational execution, and report to executive leadership. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of relocation management experience with leadership responsibility.
Experience managing relocation service delivery, operations, or complex employee relocations.
Proven people management and leadership experience.
Flexible leadership style with ability to listen, learn, adapt, and build trust.

Responsibilities

Lead the relocation service team with coaching and development.
Oversee day-to-day relocation service delivery and coordinator team performance.
Manage staffing decisions, performance reviews, and career development.
Oversee supplier network, evaluations, pricing discussions, and ongoing performance management.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and service delivery.
