Job summary

Odyssey Relocation Management is seeking a Director of Client Relations to own strategic relationships across US domestic and international mobility programs and to lead account management services with a client-first mindset.

You will partner with Global Operations, design relocation benefit strategies, and drive growth while ensuring high-touch service. Travel is required to connect with clients and stakeholders throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is essential.
• Minimum 7 years of global mobility experience, with at least 5 years in client-facing roles.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented capabilities to drive operational improvements.
• Proven track record in account management and consultative soft sales.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Operations to drive engagement and client success.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic insight.
• Translate client policies across internal teams and suppliers.
• Develop account strategies to support growth, retention, and profitability.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, and contract discussions.
• Collaborate with Odyssey Supply Chain to resolve issues and advocate for clients.
• Lead special projects and new client implementations to ensure successful launches.
