Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Director, Service Excellence Leader for North America to oversee end-to-end operations of HPE Financial Services’ leasing business. You will manage origination, servicing, collections, portfolio administration, asset returns, and risk controls across large customers and strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Operations, Accounting, or related field.
• Typically 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in equipment finance or financial services operations.
• Experience in a global technology financing organization or supporting large-scale technology leasing transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America Service Excellence organization and establish a high-performing, customer-focused operations culture.
• Provide accountability for the full leasing lifecycle including origination, underwriting support, funding, contract administration, servicing, and asset returns.
• Oversee operational execution for large customers and strategic enterprise accounts.
• Drive performance against revenue, margin, financing volume, cost of delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as executive escalation for complex operational and service delivery issues.
• Partner with Digital and Process teams to modernize platforms, processes, and capabilities across North America.
• Define and execute the future-state operating model for North American Service Excellence.
• Drive technology-enabled transformation including system optimization, automation, and data quality.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal, and leaders to improve efficiency, controls, and customer experience.
• Lead change management and ensure business continuity and employee engagement.
