Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP seeks a Senior Director of Service Excellence, North America, to lead end-to-end operations for HPEFS’ North American leasing business. You will manage origination, servicing, underwriting support, and asset returns while driving customer satisfaction and risk controls.

The role oversees 60+ employees and partnerships with Digital and Process teams to modernize platforms and operating models, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2 days in office on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Operations, Accounting, or related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services operations or leasing.
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed operational organizations and complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America Service Excellence organization and drive customer-focused operations.
• Oversee leasing lifecycle: origination, underwriting support, funding, servicing, collections, asset returns, and remarketing.
• Drive performance on revenue, margin, cost, customer satisfaction, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with Digital and Process teams to modernize platforms and processes.
