Sibelco Nordic Ab is seeking a Director of Semiconductor Business Development & Product Management in Charlotte. The role drives market insight, customer validation and the commercial scale-up of HPQ growth opportunities across semiconductor applications, coordinating between customer, application, operations and strategic-account perspectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Business or a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent strategic-commercial experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop granular market, application and customer segmentation across crucibles, fused-quartz consumables, clean thermal quartzware, advanced packaging and selected adjacent applications.
• Own an integrated opportunity portfolio covering near-term business development, mid-term new product development and long-term platforms.
• Build relationships across equipment OEMs, quartz fabricators, wafer and crucible producers, foundries, memory manufacturers, research institutes and industry consortia.
• Define customer need, target application, value proposition, technical requirements, launch criteria and commercial positioning for new grades.
• Develop go-to-market plans, pricing architecture and qualification strategy for new offerings.
