Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Director of Semiconductor Business Development & Product Management in Charlotte to identify, shape and commercialise growth opportunities across semiconductor applications. You will own the opportunity portfolio, build quantified business cases, and coordinate with OEMs, producers and memory manufacturers to advance market entry.

The role requires 10–15 years in the semiconductor materials sector, strong strategic and commercial acumen, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10–15 years in semiconductor materials or related B2B field.
Proven track record in business development and product management.
Experience engaging with customers and partners at multiple levels.
Ability to run stage-gate reviews and manage a portfolio.

Responsibilities

Identify, shape and commercialise future HPQ growth opportunities across semiconductor and selected adjacent applications.
Own an integrated opportunity portfolio covering near-term to long-term platforms.
Establish quantified business cases with target customers, volume, revenue and risks.
Build relationships across equipment OEMs, wafer and crucible producers, foundries and memory manufacturers.
Define customer need, target application, value proposition and launch criteria for new grades.
Develop go-to-market plans and pricing architectures for new offerings.
