Job summary

CAMBA is a Brooklyn-based nonprofit serving New Yorkers. CAMBA seeks a Director of Security & Operations to oversee security, maintenance and operations staff, ensuring compliant, safe services across CAMBA programs and shelters, with emphasis on client confidentiality and quality control.

This full-time role (35 hours/week) is based in Brooklyn, NY, with a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 and a benefits package including health insurance, a 403(b) plan, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of applicable experience.
• On-call 24/7 availability.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred.
• TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships and client confidentiality.
• Oversee security, maintenance and operation staff to meet contract goals.
• Prepare reports and provide oversight for program operations.
• Organize training and coordinate with DHS and CAMBA management.
