Job summary

CAMBA Inc. is seeking a Vice President in Brooklyn, NY to lead program operations across shelters and related services. You will coordinate with internal teams, external funders, and community partners to ensure policy compliance and program excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, 3–5 years of applicable experience
• Master’s degree preferred; related licenses may be required (LMSW/LCSW, Mental Health Counseling, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate CAMBA policies, guidelines, and performance targets to staff.
• Coordinate with external agencies on client progress and program practices.
• Set staff performance targets in accordance with contract requirements.
• Oversee program operations and supervise staff and subordinates.
• Develop and implement quality assurance measures for service delivery.
• Ensure client and program files meet standards and compliance.
