Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is looking for a Director of SEC and Internal Management Reporting based in Spring, Texas. This role requires overseeing the timely and accurate filing of SEC documents and ensuring adherence to accounting principles.

The ideal candidate should possess over 12 years of finance experience, with strong knowledge of US GAAP and excellent communication skills. The position is full-time and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a finance function.
• Experience with technology industry and international companies preferred.
• Big four public accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of Form 10-Q and Form 10-K.
• Communicate and drive adherence to GAAP and financial goals.
• Engage with external auditors, Legal, Corporate FP&A, and business partners.
