Job summary

Hanwha Convergence USA Corp. seeks a Director of Systems & Controls to lead the rebuild and scaling of the organization supporting utility-scale SCADA, PPC, solar, and BESS projects.

You will serve as the senior customer-facing technical liaison with EPCs, Owners, developers, and utilities, translating requirements into executable engineering deliverables. You will establish governance, standards, and processes, recruit and mentor the team, and drive cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field relevant to utility-scale SCADA, PPC, or control systems.
• 15+ years in utility-scale renewable energy, industrial automation, SCADA, or related engineering fields.
• 7+ years leading engineering, controls, SCADA, automation, or project execution teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to rebuild and scale the Systems & Controls organization.
• Define structure, operating model, roles, and technical capabilities for SCADA, PPC, and systems integration.
• Lead executive-level customer meetings, workshops, and strategic discussions.
• Ensure customer requirements are translated into executable engineering deliverables and validated with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement governance, standards, and processes for project execution and quality.
• Support business development activities, vendor qualification, and AVL programs.
