Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or control systems engineering is required.
• 12+ years in controls engineering, SCADA, or related fields with leadership exp.
• Experience with utility-scale renewables and lifecycle asset management.
• Proven track record delivering complex control system integrations with multiple OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement controls and SCADA strategy for development pipeline and operating fleet.
• Lead controls strategy for facilities with multiple generation resources serving data centers behind a POI.
• Manage a team of Controls and SCADA engineers on projects and reporting.
• Define and implement a development and training program for engineers.
• Serve as SME for controls and SCADA systems and data interfaces (Bazefield, EMS, GMS).
• Coordinate activities across Development, Project Engineering, Commissioning, Construction, and O&M.
• Design and write requirements for Plant Controller upgrades to meet compliance and optimize energy capture.
• Lead troubleshooting and upgrades for controls on operating sites.
• Manage a configuration database and change management for software/firmware and relays.
