Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Director to lead the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the SAP S/4HANA rollout in the US. You will bridge global program leadership with country execution, aligning transformation objectives with local regulatory and operational needs.

The role oversees planning, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to sustainment, partnering with senior leaders and external partners while ensuring governance, risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT management, or related field.
• 12+ years in ERP delivery, deployment or transformation leadership.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA experience in multi-country deployments.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Science regulatory environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead readiness, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare and transition.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% internationally.
• Excellent written and verbal English; German or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE across countries and waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing global vs local needs.
• Establish deployment governance frameworks and performance monitoring.
• Drive organizational readiness, training, risk mitigation, and communications.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and milestones are met.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Lead hypercare, issue resolution, and transition to support.
• Identify, assess, and manage deployment risks and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment methods and templates.
• Mentor country/local deployment resources and ensure regulatory compliance.
